Betty Use Robichaux began making pralines for her friends and family in Houma, Louisiana in the early 70s. She passed down these recipes, techniques, and secrets for the perfect praline to her son and
founder of Maw B's,
Rory Bergeron.
Today, we continue to use those same traditional methods to create our candies. We take pride in our rich heritage of creating one of the most delicious desserts of south Louisiana. Though our recipes have been passed down through generations, we have continued to innovate and create new flavors that our customers love today.
Our pralines are handcrafted and come in a variety of flavors including original, chocolate, king cake, and wedding cake. New and creative flavors are tested and developed regularly! We source locally whenever possible and only use the best ingredients.
We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. From the moment you place an order to the last bite of your praline, we want this to be the most memorable and personable experience. Our philosophy is to create candies that not only taste amazing, but also bring a piece of Maw B's kitchen to you at home!
